PITSCO Investment and Manpower Development Company Limited (2019) was formed and developed based on the solid foundation of PITSCO Training and Manpower Development Limited Company (2015).

PITSCO Company has been licensed by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs in the field of sending Vietnamese workers to work abroad since the early days of the company's establishment (2015), and is gradually becoming a reliable place for workers who wish to work abroad.

PITSCO Company is located in a building of Hai Phong Polytechnic College with an area of nearly 6 hectares, inheriting the best policies, modern and spacious facilities, especially with support and companionship of experts, researchers and teachers of the university.

PITSCO Company operates in many fields:

- Supplying high quality seafarers working on domestic and foreign fleets. Up to now, PITSCO Company has provided over 1,406 seafarers working on the fleets.

- Supplying more than 800 unskilled and qualified workers to the Japanese labor market.

- Supplying labor for some other foreign labor markets with nearly 100 workers.
